Ah, yes, that’s the gist of it. State what you are and aren’t willing to draw, have some samples ready, state your prices, then wait for commissioners.
Also, to be fair, it’s a good idea to sketch the commission first (so they can see what they’re paying for instead of paying in advance and hoping it turns out well), then wait for the payment before completing it (so they can’t just grab the finished work and refuse to pay).
